- Parts that have been installed are non-refundable  

- Special-order parts are non-refundable

Diagnostic and inspection fees are non-refundable, as they cover time and expertise used to assess vehicle issues.

- Cancellations must be made before work begins  

- If canceled before service starts, a refund may be issued at our discretion  

- Once work has begun, no refunds will be provided

If you experience issues related to a service we performed:

- We may offer to inspect and correct the issue under any applicable service warranty  

 

Refunds will not be issued if we are willing and able to remedy the issue.
